A PULMONARY HYPERTENSION MOBILE RESEARCH APP
FROM PHAWARE GLOBAL ASSOCIATION

phaware® is dedicated to raising global awareness & creating innovative technology for research.

HeartWorks, our phaware® mobile research app, was developed as a wearable health data collection system to determine the quality of life of patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH).

The HeartWorks app assists medical researchers in assessing cardiovascular performance in patients. It enables measurement of a person’s six-minute walk performance outside of clinical settings, helping qualify patient-administered six-minute walk tests.

  • Features:

    • Six-Minute Walk Test

    • Available on phone or watch

    • Open to anyone, even if they aren’t participating in clinical trials

Through your iPhone® and your connected Apple Watch® or Android® devices, we make it very easy for you to participate in remote research and clinical trials to complete activity challenges that are normally done at the hospital. This will help researchers accurately determine how you feel on a regular basis and how physically active you are.
