phaware® wants to share your pulmonary hypertension and rare disease expertise with our engaged global audience. We are enlisting PAH Experts, Patients, Care Partners and Global Thought Leaders to participate in podcast interviews taking place during PHA Canada's 2024 PH Community Conference in the Westin Calgary.
Interviews will last between 20-30 minutes and be shared across our @phaware platforms and be heard in 110+ countries.
These will be used as part of our I'm Aware That I'm Rare: phaware® podcast series.
